By accessing or using PLScaler ("Service"), operated by PLScaler ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is an educational and informational tool that provides Bitcoin portfolio tracking, Power Law analysis, volatility regime calculations, and related analytical features based on user-input data. The Service is intended solely for educational purposes and to assist users in understanding Bitcoin market trends through mechanical, rules-based outputs. It does not execute trades, manage assets, or provide personalized recommendations.

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account

• You are solely responsible for all investment, financial, or other decisions made based on the Service, including any losses incurred
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, market manipulation, or violating sanctions
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements in your jurisdiction
• You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

The Service, including all software, algorithms (such as Power Law models), designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any content, data, or outputs obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Service
• Any financial losses, including but not limited to cryptocurrency value fluctuations, liquidation events, or investment decisions
• Third-party conduct or content

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ALL DATA, INCLUDING POWER LAW CALCULATIONS, VOLATILITY ASSESSMENTS, AND YIELD PROJECTIONS, ARE ESTIMATES ONLY AND MAY NOT REFLECT ACTUAL FUTURE PERFORMANCE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any investment or financial decisions you make based on the Service

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or the breach thereof shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the SIAC Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Singapore. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

12. Subscription and Payments

If you subscribe to paid features:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds are processed within 7 business days; no questions asked. After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to modify pricing or features with 30 days' notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your payment information

13. Modifications to Terms and Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance (where required by law). Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data. You may terminate your account at any time.

15. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, governmental actions, or network failures.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
